Our journey started in 1999, two years after we established our business, when we recognised the benefits of IIP to both our colleagues and the company.
After retaining our Award over successive years, in 2021 we were delighted to have progressed to a standard where we achieved Gold Level, which was further retained in 2024.
We are immensely proud of this accomplishment and look forward to building on this success in the years ahead.
The FPA team gathered for our Christmas party at The River Mill in Derby and enjoyed an evening with live jazz music.
